Does VoxATC control MSFS traffic
Can VoxATC be run on a 2nd PC via WideFS
Why is VoxATC failing to start and displaying the error message 'Startup failed, no flight plan loaded in FS'
After starting up, why does VoxATC instruct me to contact a center or approach ATC unit when I am on the ground at the departure airport
My add-on aircraft are not recognized
Does VoxATC control MSFS AI traffic
No, VoxATC generates its own radio chatter based on its own AI aircraft (at the moment heard but not seen). You may still have AI traffic active in MSFS but VoxATC will not interact with it.
No, The current version must run on the same machine as MSFS so that the prompt window can be updated. Future versions will work remotely.
VoxATC requires that a flight (situation) is loaded and that flight was saved with a flight plan. To create a flight for VoxATC,start MSFS and select create a flight. Click on the flight planner button and create and save a flight plan. Setup the weather, aircraft etc and then save the flight. Click the fly now button and start the flight. Set the VoxATC options and then enable VoxATC.
To start an existing flight (with flight plan), start MSFS and select 'Select a Flight' choose a flight with a flight plan and click Fly Now. Set the VoxATC options and enable VoxATC.
N.B. VoxATC should always be disabled before loading a flight.
This can occur when you load another flight (situation) with VoxATC enabled or if you move to another airport which is not the departure airport in the flight plan saved with the current flight (situation).
Ensure that when you enable VoxATC, you are at the departure airport for the currently loaded flight (situation) and that VoxATC is not enabled when you load a flight (situation).
After installing new add-on aircraft, you must run the VoxATC Indexer so that VoxATC can run work with the new aircraft.
